OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU..

As a professional shop online florist, Ooh La La Florist, your Surrey florist, guarantees your satisfaction with every order sent through Oo La La Florist, your Surrey flower shop in South Surrey for delivery in Canada and the United States. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please let us know. All you need to do is notify us within 6 hours of receipt of your order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

At Ooh La La Florist shop online boutique in South Surrey,

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various seasons. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Order flowers online, we offer excellent flower delivery to Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Cloverdale and other cities in BC.

Thank you for shopping at Ooh La La Florist. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 6 hours of your purchase, if 6 hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Beginning Immediately, we are updating our refund policy so that PROSESSING FEES of up to 30% will no longer be returned when Ooh La La Florist issues a refund to buyers. We are making this change because Ooh La La Florist has always incurred processing fees from our network and payments partners on all transactions at the time of sale. Modifying our refunds policy more accurately reflects that Ooh La La Florist does not recoup these costs in full in instances of refunds, and matches current industry standards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of placed orders are subject to 30% restocking and damages surcharge.
